About Stephanie
Stephanie was born, raised and resides in the San Francisco Bay Area. She holds a BA in English and is an MBA candidate at Santa Clara University. She launched her professional art career in 2007 when she established StudioPet, and quickly gained notoreity for her pet portraits in oil and acrylic. She was interviewed for her work on KRON4 local news, highlighted in the San Francisco Chronicle during National Pet Week, and appeared on the front page of the San Jose Mercury News.
Her current work explores the concepts of individual and collective identity. Animals and personal objects continue to be her favorite subjects, and she still favors a portrait-like approach. Stephanie welcomes the opportunity to work with you in creating a portrait of your pet or loved one. She also donates portraits for various non-profit organizations as her schedule allows. Stephanie spends her free time enjoying her three dogs (Harley the Pug, Chubby the French Bulldog, and Miso the Pit Bull) and her Tennessee Walker/Paint horse, Jake. She contributes heavily to Our Pack Inc. Pit Bull Rescue maintaining the website, teaching classes to the public and animal welfare organizations, and fostering. On Sundays, she can be found singing soprano on the Vocal Team at Venture Christian Church.

Our Pack Pit Bull Rescue
Director of Marketing & Education
Stephanie teaches responsible Pit Bull ownership classes in shelters around the Bay Area. She also designed and manages the content for the Our Pack website. She appeared on Fox News with Our Pack's director, Marthina McClay, and former Michael Vick dog, Leo, in 2007.
